Having reached the age of 70, I have followed the trend of most septuagenarians and downsized. As with most people, the new property left a lot to be desired, but was situated in the right position. To make the ‘ new ‘ bungalow satisfy our requirements, we needed:- Bow windows to the front bedrooms and a new porch, soffits and fascia, bathroom pantry and kitchen double glazed windows; sliding doors, no practically a complete double glazed wall with sliding doors for the utility; patio doors and a conservatory. As you are aware we turned to your company to supply our needs.
 
Due to the volume of work required we were serviced by a number of specialist teams. Andy and Paul - the builders for the dwarf wall and porch floor, Paul and John for the installation of the windows, Matt the electrician and Dave and Lee for the erection of the conservatory. Their workmanship was excellent and above all their manners and etiquette was exemplary and a credit to you management team. It was in fact a breath of fresh air in these modern times where no one has time, or cares, for the needs of others. Well Done!
